Tommy D. Klepper, Jr



Tommy D. Klepper, Jr is an associate attorney at the law firm of Tommy Klepper & Associates, PLLC where he focuses his practice of law on assisting veteran’s with their VA Disability claims before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and the Board Veterans’ Appeals. Tommy is licensed to practice law before the: CAVC; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; all U.S. District Courts in Oklahoma; and the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Tommy earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2012 from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Prior to earing his J.D., in 2004 Tommy earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology/ Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma followed by 2007 earning his Masters of Public Health in Environmental Management from the Hudson College of Public Health at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) where he presently serves as adjunct faculty since 2013. Tommy has extensive experience in Higher Education where he served in various administrative roles specifically in: Student Affairs; Residence Life; and Student Conduct. When Tommy is not practicing law, he takes great joy in spending time with his wife, Samantha, and son, Ben, as they spend most weekends at USSSA little league baseball tournaments, AAU basketball tournaments, and youth league football games across the great state of Oklahoma.
